Hey friends, we are continuing in the midst of this great and wonderful fall season with our I am series. It's amazing, how many of us don't realize how much we sometimes. We allow ourselves to be distraught, distressed, and disillusioned by things that don't even have anything to do with us.

So many of us are chasing things that we don't want and that we don't need. We are chasing people that don't have a clue as to what they want in life and they as sure as they don't ...even know about us. We are chasing ever wind of movement seemingly trying to find our way, when all we have to do is sit down and use the words - thank you.

Yes, thank you. This Is the phrase of gratitude and a phrase that will lift you up to another level. Thank you. It leads us to understand we are more and that we have more than we can possibly begin to imagine. It will help eliminate things like disagreements, dissatisfaction and discouragement.

It will also help us to see what we already have. When we learn to say, I am grateful, we are learning the maturities of life. We are learning to see that we are not searching for the next relationship, we are not searching for the next get rich scheme, and we are just thankful for the air we are able to breathe.
I am grateful. It brings about a whole new viewpoint, attitude and walking points. I am grateful helps us to realize that universe is working with us and the universe is for us and that we have been given all things. I am grateful. It helps us to see that we are not locked in an eternal battle, but that love has overtaken us at every facet transforming us and giving us more than material riches or wealth can provide.

I am grateful. Despite, the outer challenges of what is going, we are able to find that we do have the peace that we are seeking, that we do have family surrounding us (even though we may have the drunk uncle), we are on track with our jobs or have the ability to create our jobs. I am grateful.
I am grateful, not just for the big things, like the miracles that flood my life, but the small things, such as solutions and ideas that come about to help change the ways of life and how
people think. I am grateful In examining the opportunities to b be, help, express myself and to get what I desire, it is helpful to understand that gratitude is the way to go. I am grateful.

I am grateful. Let this be your mantra this week. I am grateful. Find 7 things to be grateful about in your mind and say them aloud. Be grateful. Turn off the excuse machine and the complaint department. You have far more to be grateful for. Write them down and remind yourself. I am grateful.

Live your life. Walk in love. Be thankful.
